Joanna started with Compass IFS in July 2021. Her interest in investment and finance started whilst still in school and she went on to study Business Management with a focus on economics. She has worked in financial services since 2018 and has since developed a passion for applying the understanding of finance to the individual and exploring how to take care of one’s financial health. The experience this has provided has given her a good grounding in financial services.

Once completing her degree Joanna took some time to explore her other passions which include both music and teaching. She instructed sailing in various locations and worked with classical charities, putting on classical concerts and organising sponsorship for talented young musicians.

At Compass, Joanna focuses on research and preparation of our financial planning reports. Joanna is also completing a comprehensive training programme to complete her exams in paraplanning. 

Joanna’s hobbies include sailing, skiing and gastronomy.
