David joined Compass in April 2023 as a Trainee Financial Adviser.

David has worked in the Financial Services Industry since 2004 when he joined Aviva as a pensions administrator. After enjoying working with pensions, he decided he wanted to expand his knowledge and became part of an IFA firm where, for the past 12 years, has worked closely with Financial Advisers in various aspects. David is now working towards being a qualified Independent Financial Adviser himself.

David has a very caring and patient nature and really wants to help people with their financial circumstances.

David has so far achieved the following accreditations towards his Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning – R01 Financial Services, Regulation and Ethics, R02 Investment Principles and Risk, R03 Personal Taxation, RO4 Pensions and Retirement Planning  and R05 Financial Protection.

In his spare time David enjoys spending time with his Fiancée and his cats, cooking, going out for meals and playing golf.
