Adele started with Compass in November 2021. Her roles include being a P.A to the directors and assisting with the running of the office. Prior to working within Compass Adele worked as a Qualified Social worker within the local authority specialising in Adult Social Care.

Adele decided that she wanted to change careers and to move into financial services. Adele said ‘I have learnt many skills working within adult social care and have seen the positive impact personalised advice can have on individuals. Further to this I have grown up around financial services with my father being the Principle at Compass’.

In her spare time Adele enjoys spending family time with her husband Chris and two young daughters Sophia & Emily.
